Policies For all dogs boarding or being groomed, we require proof of current rabies, DHLP and bordetella vaccinations For all cats boarding or being groomed, we require proof of current rabies, FVRC-FELV vaccinations If your pet needs an updated vaccination, we can arrange for that to be done by one of our veterinarians when your pet is dropped off. For everyone's safety, please bring your dog on a leash and your cat in their carrier During peak periods and holidays the Retreat requires a $50.00 deposit per kennel needed. This deposit will be deducted from the boarding cost at the time of check out. Customers who do not call to cancel within 48 hours or show up for their reservation of the arrical date will forfeit the deposit. For non-peak periods, no deposit is required.
